In 2001 the brand was acquired by The J.M. Smucker Company. Its headquarters is based in Orrville, Ohio, United States. The company also provides hazelnut spreads, almond butter, and cashew butter. All products are available in supermarkets and stores throughout the United States and Canada. The Jif production facilities are in Lexington (Kentucky) and Memphis (Tennessee).
